The app includes Strength Standards, Calories & Macros, a routine journal that incorporates popular programs such as Starting Strength, StrongLifts 5x5, The Texas Method, and 5/3/1.
Strength Standards provides a tool to assess your performance in key lifts like the Overhead Press, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Squat, relative to your body weight.
Calories & Macros presents a nutrition calculator that can determine your daily caloric needs based on factors like body composition, activity level, and caloric objectives. Additionally, it allows for customization of macronutrient distribution.
Routines functionality enables you to track your workout progress systematically on a session-by-session and week-by-week basis. Supported routines include established programs such as Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength, StrongLifts 5x5, The Texas Method, and Jim Wendler's 5/3/1.
Lastly, My Info feature permits users to log personal measurements, switch between metric and imperial units, and document personal bests and achievements.
